Aimed at providing home and center-based ABA therapy to children with autism across the United States.
About the role
This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities
- Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
- Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
- Regular communication with supervisory staff
- Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
- Weekday and weekend availability
- Collect therapy session data
Qualifications
- 1 year minimum of ABA experience
- BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education
- Valid RBT certification
