• A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) capable of working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• The role involves direct therapy in the homes of children with autism.

Position Details

• Implement personalized behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Availability for weekdays and weekends.
• Collect therapy session data.

What You Bring

• At least one year of ABA experience.
• A degree in a related field or be an undergraduate pursuing relevant education.
• A valid RBT certification.
