About the role
Applied ABC provides home & center-based ABA (applied behavioral analysis) therapy to children with autism across the United States. Applied ABC is a rapidly growing, clinician-owned ABA therapy agency that provides both in-home and in-center therapy for children with autism. We also provide customized training for ABA basics, understanding behavior, classroom management, data collection, and peer conflict. We're looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
Responsibilities
- Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
- Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
- Regular communication with supervisory staff
- Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
- Weekday and weekend availability
- Collect therapy session data
Requirements
- 1 year minimum of ABA experience
- BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education
- Valid RBT certification
