Registered Behavior Technician

Aim

Aimed at providing home and center-based ABA therapy to children with autism across the United States.

• A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) capable of working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• The role is conducted directly in the homes of children with autism.

Position Details

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of ABA experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an undergraduate student pursuing relevant education.
• A valid RBT certification.
