Registered Behavior Technician

Responsibilities

• Conduct ABA therapy sessions with clients in a one-on-one setting, using evidence-based techniques to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction
• Collect and record data on client progress, collaborating with supervisors to adjust treatment plans as needed
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client goals and outcomes
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of client interactions and progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements

• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in ABA therapy or related field; willingness to learn and grow with our team
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment supporting children with ASD
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams
