Registered Behavior Technician

Applied ABC provides home & center-based ABA (applied behavioral analysis) therapy to children with autism across the United States. Applied ABC is a rapidly growing, clinician-owned ABA therapy agency that provides both in-home and in-center therapy for children with autism. We also provide customized training for ABA basics, understanding behavior, classroom management, data collection, and peer conflict.

About the role

This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism, working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
• Regular communication with supervisory staff
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
• Weekday and weekend availability
• Collect therapy session data

Requirements

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education
• Valid RBT certification
