Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Achievers ABA in Avon, IN.
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help children with autism achieve their goals
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions in clinic-based and in-home settings
- Collaborate with BCBA team members to develop and implement behavioral plans
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and therapy sessions
- Communicate effectively with families, BCBA team members, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements
- Active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
