Pay

• Starting pay of $18/hour
• Raises every 6 months for up to 2.5 years
• $250 sign‑on bonus for certified RBTs
• Paid RBT certification training for new hires

Schedule

• Guaranteed 40‑hour work week
• Monday–Friday, 8:25 AM – 4:30 PM
• No evenings or weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 2–6
• Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills
• Encourage independence and confidence
• Track progress and celebrate milestones
• Partner with families and clinical teams
• Create a positive, engaging learning environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (college coursework preferred)
• Positive, dependable, and compassionate attitude
• Passion for working with children
• Ability to pass a background check and complete CPR training
• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification (training provided)
