Responsibilities
- Implementing behavior plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collecting and recording behavioral data to monitor the individual's progress.
- Making learning fun and engaging for children, adolescents and adults with autism.
- Working together with parents to teach a variety of skills to children and adolescents.
- Working collaboratively with a therapy team.
Requirements
- A minimum of an associate’s degree in psychology, social work, education, or a related field is required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Experience working with children and adolescents with special needs is a plus.
- Enthusiasm, energy, and reliability are required.

- We are especially interested in hearing from you if you are a teacher, special education teacher, teacher assistant, aba behavioral technician, psychologist, social worker, mental health counselor, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), or have a bachelor's degree or master's degree in psychology or social work.
- Job Type: Part-time - after school hours.
- Pay is determined by experience and education. Pay range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour.
- Expected hours: 8 – 15 per week.
