Registered Behavior Technician

Responsibilities

• Implementing behavior plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collecting and recording behavioral data to monitor the individual's progress.
• Making learning fun and engaging for children, adolescents and adults with autism.
• Working together with parents to teach a variety of skills to children and adolescents.
• Working collaboratively with a therapy team.

Requirements

• A minimum of an associate’s degree in psychology, social work, education, or a related field is required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children and adolescents with special needs is a plus.
• Enthusiasm, energy, and reliability are required.

• We are especially interested in hearing from you if you are a teacher, special education teacher, teacher assistant, aba behavioral technician, psychologist, social worker, mental health counselor, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), or have a bachelor's degree or master's degree in psychology or social work.
• Job Type: Part-time - after school hours.
• Pay is determined by experience and education. Pay range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour.
• Expected hours: 8 – 15 per week.
