Registered Behavior Technicians Headway ABA provides services throughout North Carolina. We will match you with available cases in your area based on your location and availability. We are seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team at Headway ABA! Job Description Work 1:1 with patients in the home, school, and community settingsConsistently implement treatment plans with fidelity (under BCBAs direction) and prepare program materials; treatment protocols that include a wide variety of domains such as toilet training, communication, social, and adaptive living skillsCollect and maintain accurate data and clinical notes utilizing data collection softwareReview and implement consultation/supervision note recommendationsParticipate in ongoing training, evaluations, and meetings, as requiredCommunicate effectively with the BCBA regarding learner's progressCommunicate appropriately and effectively with colleagues and families, as neededTrack supervision hours and annually renew the RBT certification as mandated by the regulatory body to maintain the certificationWork ethically and with integrity while following the BACB Ethical CodeUnderstand and adhere to HIPAA policiesAdhere to time and attendance policies and maintain a record, in good standing, of regular and reliable attendance and punctuality, to provide quality and consistent patient careAdhere to Headway ABA policies and proceduresPerform other duties as assigned Qualifications Must have RBT certificationHigh School Diploma (relevant college degree and coursework is preferred)The desire to work with children and experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferredCommitment to become certified and maintain the certification as an RBTMust have reliable transportation to and from work locationCandidate must have a clean driving record, and proof of automobile insurance Compensation/ Benefits: Hourly rate: $18.00-$28.00PTO Accrual PolicyPaid RBT Course providedProfessional development assistance
