Registered Behavior Technician (8:00am - 4:00pm)(FT/Entry Level)

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) direct client care in both 1:1 and group settings
• Reinforce clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or children of similar ages
• Work a consistent full-time schedule Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm in an in-clinic setting
• Be punctual and reliable, showing up on time and ready to work at the start of every shift
• Communicate effectively, lifting up to 35 pounds, and assuming various postures for extended periods
• Travel between different job sites as required
• Adhere to Blossom's Core Values and complete 40 hour RBT Training Modules

Requirements

• Experience providing ABA direct client care in both 1:1 and group settings
• Enjoy working with children ages 2-10 years old with ASD or similar experience
• Available for a consistent full-time schedule Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Willing to work in an in-clinic setting
• Punctual and reliable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds and assume various postures for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between different job sites
• Ability to demonstrate/possess all of Blossom's Core Values
• Complete 40 hour RBT Training Modules and provide completion certificate upon hire
• CPR certification and First Aid Training, providing evidence of CPR training in live format upon hire

Must have reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel between different job sites.
