Registered Behavior Techinician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT)

About the role

Strive ABA Therapy is seeking Behavior Technicians (R/BTs) to provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The R/BT will implement specific treatment plans designed to address the child's needs for behavioral management, social, daily living, and community skills under the supervision of a BCBA clinician.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans designed to address the child's needs for behavioral management, social, daily living, and community skills
• Provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Travel up to one hour from your residence to provide services to clients, if applicable
• Meet the physical demands of the job which may include periods of sitting and standing as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience with children that have disabilities
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel if applicable
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Able to meet the physical demands of the job which may include periods of sitting and standing as needed
