About the role

At A Brighter Alternative ABA, we provide compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based ABA therapy for children with autism throughout Georgia. Our mission is to create a better experience for both families and clinicians by focusing on meaningful clinical support, manageable caseloads, and high-quality care. As an RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.
