What Cascade Living Look For

• Completion of a certified nursing program
• An active and unencumbered registered nursing license in the state of Oregon
• Experience of 5 years or more in the care of senior adults and adults with cognitive decline
• Previous supervisory and/or management experience in long-term care or community-based setting
• Compassionate individuals who will represent our company in a positive and professional manner
• Able to travel to designated locations
• Able to work on-call for emergencies day and night for assigned communities

What You Can Expect to Do

• Travel to assigned communities, company meetings, and networking functions as needed
• Be highly visible to the customer and to associates
• Maintain the highest possible quality and consistency in the quality of life of our residents
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding wellness associates as needed for communities
• Ensure that sound infection control practices are in place that promote a healthy environment
• Implement company wellness systems that ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Review adverse events, identify need for plans of correction
• Participate in resident and family care conferences as needed
• Help facilitate communication, ensure quality service delivery, and manage risks
• Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living

Pay & Benefits

• $119,600 - $131,040/annually depending on experience
