Regional Health and Wellness Director (RN)

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Regional Health and Wellness Director (RN) to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This regional leadership role will provide clinical oversight and guidance across multiple senior living communities. The position is responsible for supporting community-based leaders, strengthening resident care practices, and ensuring consistent compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. In this role, you will partner closely with site teams and leadership to evaluate operations, address complex clinical needs, and promote a resident-centered approach to care across the region. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and support to community Health and Wellness Directors.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess clinical operations and compliance.
• Monitor and evaluate resident care plans and documentation.
• Guide teams on complex clinical matters and care coordination.
• Ensure adherence to clinical policies across the region.
• Support community audits and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Promote resident-centered care and address concerns with leadership.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state(s).
• 5-10 years of experience in senior living, assisted living, or long-term care with progressive leadership roles.
• In-depth knowledge of regulations impacting senior living and resident care.
• Demonstrated skills in clinical assessment, care planning, and medication management.
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.

Pay

$130,000 – $150,000 annually
