Regional Health and Wellness Director

For our client, we are seeking a Regional Health and Wellness Director to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will provide clinical leadership and operational oversight across multiple senior living communities, with a strong focus on resident-centered care and regulatory compliance. The Regional Health and Wellness Director will partner closely with community-based clinical leaders to strengthen assessments, care planning, and day-to-day clinical performance. The ideal candidate will help elevate clinical excellence through coaching, training, audits, and hands-on support that improves outcomes across the region. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $135,000 – $150,000 annually Responsibilities Provide clinical expertise and support to community Health and Wellness Directors Conduct regular site visits to assess clinical operations and compliance Monitor resident assessments and care plans for accuracy Guide complex clinical issues and care coordination Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Conduct audits of clinical processes and records Develop and implement regional training programs for staff Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state 5-10 years of experience in senior living or long-term care Progressive clinical leadership experience Thorough knowledge of relevant regulations Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems Benefits Ongoing education and training opportunities Support for professional development and mentorship Collaborative work environment with community leadership Focus on resident-centered care and satisfaction Opportunity to influence clinical excellence across multiple communities Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
