This leader will ignite and unite the team around a powerful growth and operations platform—driving sharper execution, stronger revenue, higher margins, and standout customer experiences. They’ll champion operational excellence while pushing for bold, innovative solutions that elevate our service and create real competitive advantage. Partnering closely with the senior leadership, this individual will shape strategy, set priorities, and fuel forward momentum.

Responsibilities

  • Ignite operational excellence across every OTG location, creating environments that run smoothly, boldly, and brilliantly.
  • Delivering unforgettable guest experiences, making every OTG touchpoint feel elevated, energized, and uniquely memorable.
  • Build powerful short‑and long‑term strategies with senior leaders—then lead the charge in bringing those plans to life with precision, speed, and smart cost discipline.
  • Inspire, empower, and elevate a high‑performing team, using clear communication, meaningful coaching, and recognition that fuels motivation.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with HR, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Compliance, creating strong cross‑functional momentum and shared wins.
  • Cultivates strong, collaborative relationships with airline partners, airport authorities, and key client partners to support operational alignment and long‑term business success.

Qualifications/Criteria

  • A hospitality degree is preferred and sets a strong foundation for success.
  • 10–12+ years of dynamic, results‑driven leadership experience with full P&L ownership — ideally in fast‑paced food or retail service environments.
  • Experience in a unionized environment.
  • Must have the ability to travel.
  • Proven leadership strength with broad management expertise and sharp business analysis/project management instincts.
  • Ability to quickly decode a large, complex, matrixed business and use that insight to shape strategy and accelerate process improvements.
  • Strong business acumen with confidence and credibility to partner with senior executives and advance both business and systems goals.
  • Demonstrated success leading multiple projects and teams remotely across a widely dispersed organization.
  • A keen eye for top talent and the ability to build a high‑energy environment that fuels innovation, initiative, growth, and future leadership development.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, resonating with audiences from customers to frontline managers to C‑suite leaders.
