Job Responsibilities
- Lead Visual Strategy & Implementation: Drive the execution of innovative visual merchandising concepts and store zonings, ensuring timely and consistent implementation for all product categories and business events.
- Collaborate & Coordinate: Partner closely with Regional VM Director, Managers, and store teams, coordinating window installations and display changes, and proposing alternative products when necessary.
- Ensure Brand Excellence: Guarantee all visual merchandising needs are met, upholding corporate directives and brand image standards, while managing photo submissions and incorporating feedback from NY corporate teams.
- Team Development & Mentorship: Identify, onboard, and develop visual talent within the region, setting clear expectations and fostering skill growth to support strong succession planning.
- Strategic Impact: Contribute to the development and execution of VM strategies that significantly enhance client engagement and drive sales in designated stores.

- Experienced VM Professional: Proven background in visual merchandising within a luxury retail environment, with a strong understanding of brand aesthetics and market trends.
