About the role

As the Regional VIP Lead for the Southeast market, you will be responsible for managing high-profile client relationships, driving business growth through strategic initiatives, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute VIP strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to VIP clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of VIP programs.
  • Monitor and report on VIP program performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality or luxury retail industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing high-level client relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM systems and other customer relationship management tools.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in VIP client management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Pay

The base salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring approximately 40 hours per week, with occasional evening and weekend availability for client meetings and events.
