About the role
As the Regional VIP Lead for the Southeast market, you will be responsible for managing high-profile client relationships, driving business growth through strategic initiatives, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of customer needs.Responsibilities
- Develop and execute VIP strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Identify and implement opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to VIP clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of VIP programs.
- Monitor and report on VIP program performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality or luxury retail industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing high-level client relationships.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
