The Regional Vice President, Sales - East is responsible for driving growth, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding market presence across an assigned region. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading regional sales initiatives
  2. Developing strategic account plans
  3. Driving business growth
  4. Managing sales teams to achieve regional revenue objectives
  5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customer executives, prospects, and key industry stakeholders
  6. Identifying new business opportunities and expanding market share
  7. Maintaining strong knowledge of products, services, and competitive positioning to provide accurate guidance
  8. Partnering with marketing, product, and internal teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery
  9. Using sales automation tools to maintain account information, track activity, and prepare performance reports

Requirements

  • An experienced sales leader with a strong background in enterprise account management, healthcare-related solutions, and team leadership
  • Proven success managing major accounts and achieving sales or revenue targets
  • Strong written, verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • In-depth understanding of healthcare products, services, underwriting concepts, and industry trends
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with executives, clients, and business partners
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and identify growth opportunities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment while maintaining strong engagement and collaboration
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Clean driving record and ability to meet applicable licensing requirements within assigned territories
