Key Responsibilities
- Drive Performance: Motivate and develop teams to exceed sales goals through consistent execution and in-market leadership while driving the execution of sales plans across assigned markets.
- Coach in the Field: Provide hands-on support to General Managers and sales reps, including field rides, coaching, in-market development, and help build a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement.
- Support Sales Execution: Help implement new products, pricing strategies, and cross-sell initiatives like clipp.com and digital solutions.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Inside Sales, the Agency team, and peers to ensure alignment and maximize advertiser impact.
- Pipeline Discipline: Monitor local pipelines, help refine forecasts, and ensure CRM tools are being used effectively to drive growth.
