The Regional Vice President, New Client Development role is designed for an experienced wealth management professional. This position combines consultative sales expertise, financial planning knowledge, and strategic business development.

- Serve as a key advisor-facing leader, helping expand market presence by acquiring and developing high-net-worth client relationships.
- Partner with advisory teams to deliver tailored solutions and strengthen long-term client engagement.
- Influence growth initiatives while helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, investment management, or financial advisory roles with a strong track record of acquiring clients, managing relationships, and delivering financial solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of wealth management practices, financial planning, and investment advisory services.
- Proven ability to acquire new clients, generate referrals, and convert opportunities into long-term relationships.
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and complex financial needs.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify client objectives and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Demonstrated success developing strategic sales plans and driving revenue growth.
- Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- FINRA Series 65 or Series 66 required.
- CFP certification preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly, up to 50% within the assigned market.
