Regional Vice President / Branches - South Sound

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to Branch Managers and regional branch staff.
• Ensure consistent implementation of Credit Union policies and adherence to regulations.
• Direct daily operations of regional branches.
• Oversee member service systems.
• Aid in budgetary projections and long-range planning.
• Lead staff development and succession planning initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing and/or directing branch operations in a financial institution or similar industry.
• Multi-unit management preferred or equivalent leadership, development, and training experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in management or business administration, or related field preferred.
• Will need to obtain a NMLS license and serve as Notary Public and Signature Guarantee.
• Must be bondable.

Pay

Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered and provide for room for growth over time. The target salary range for this position is $104,800 - $131,000 depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $104,800 - $157,200.

Schedule

An in-person schedule Monday - Friday: 9 AM – 5:30 PM. This position works 40+ hours per week as business needs dictate.
