Regional Truck Driver
About the role
Regional CDL-A drivers in our Dedicated Contract Services fleet enjoy consistent freight and deliveries for a single customer. This is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency, and a strong work ethic. Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $90,000. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is available for a limited time.
Pay
- $.595 per mile
- Daily rate: $50 (must work all 5 days to receive)
- Live stop pay: $14 per stop
- Detention: $15 per hour
- Trainee pay: $200 per day
- Safety training pay: $20 per hour
- Holiday pay: $200 per day
Factors such as training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type, and number of days worked each week may affect annualized earnings. This position may also be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance.
