About the role
J.B. Hunt is hiring dedicated truck drivers for a Dedicated Contract Services position, providing consistent freight and deliveries for a single customer under an activity‑based pay plan that rewards safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Deliver freight for a single dedicated customer on a regular basis.
- Maintain high safety standards and efficient operations.
- Follow the activity‑based pay structure, completing tasks that drive earnings.
Requirements
- Valid Class A commercial driver’s license.
- At least 3 months of trucking experience.

Pay
- Base rate: $0.70 – $0.72 per mile.
- Detention pay: $15 per hour.
- Stop pay: $20 per stop.
- Holiday pay: $140 per day.
- Safety training pay: $20 per hour.
- New hire training pay: $250 per day.
- Average annualized earnings for drivers in the last 6‑12 months: $89,700.
- $5,000 sign‑on bonus (limited time).
