About the role
J.B. Hunt is hiring dedicated truck drivers for regional routes. As a Dedicated Contract Services driver you will handle consistent freight and deliveries for a single customer, working under an activity‑based pay plan that rewards safety, efficiency, and a strong work ethic. Drivers in this position have averaged annualized earnings of $92,500, and a $10,000 sign‑on bonus is available for a limited time.
Pay
- $0.69 – $0.71 per mile
- Detention pay: $20 per hour
- Live load/unload: $30‑$60 per stop
- Canadian load bonus: $200
- Holiday pay per day: $310
- Safety training pay: $20 per hour
- New hire training pay: $225 per day
- $1,300 minimum weekly pay guarantee for the first 6 weeks
- Weekly home time
- Majority no‑touch freight
