Become a Dedicated Contract Services driver hauling consistent freight and deliveries for a single customer. This position uses an activity‑based pay plan that rewards safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic, and includes onsite management support and paid online orientation.
Requirements
- Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of trucking experience
Pay
- $7,500 sign‑on bonus (limited time)
- $0.69‑$0.71 per mile
- Stop pay: $35 per stop
- Detention pay: $15 per hour after 2 hours
- Tarping pay: $25 per load
- Spotting pay: $23.50‑$26 per hour
- Off‑account work: $350 per day
- Miscellaneous hourly work: $15 per hour
- Safety training: $20 per hour
- New hire training pay: $200 per day
