- Detention pay: $4 -$16 per 15-minute increment
- BREAKDOWN PAY: $15 per hour
- Hazmat pay per load: $50
- OFF ACCOUNT PER DAY: $200-$350
- HOLIDAY PAY PER DAY: $140
