Job Details
- .595 per mile daily rate
- Live stop pay: $14 per stop
- Detention: $15 per hour
- Trainee pay: $200 per day
- Safety training pay: $20 per hour
- Holiday pay: $200 per day

Program Details
Factors which may affect annualized earnings include training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type, and number of days worked each week. This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable.
