About the role
Become a Dedicated Contract Services driver and enjoy consistent freight and deliveries for a single customer. This position uses an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency, and a strong work ethic. Majority no-touch freight with onsite management support.
Pay
- $0.73 – $0.75 per mile
- Stop pay: $6 – $24 per 15-minute increments
- Breakdown pay: $15 per hour
- Hazmat pay: $25 per load
- Holiday pay: $140 per day
- Safety training pay: $20 per hour
- New hire training pay: $250 per day
- $10,000 sign-on bonus (limited time)
- Drivers averaged $90,000 annualized earnings over the last 6–12 months
- Eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance
Schedule
- Weekly home time
- Activity-based pay plan (earnings vary by activities completed, training, endorsements, tenure, equipment type, and days worked per week)
Requirements
- Class A CDL
- 3 months trucking experience
