Regional Truck Driver

About the role

Become a Dedicated Contract Services driver and enjoy consistent freight and deliveries for a single customer. This position uses an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency, and a strong work ethic. Drivers in this role over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $90,000. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for a limited time.

Pay

• $0.73 – $0.75 per mile
• Stop pay: $6 – $24 per 15-minute increments
• Breakdown pay: $15 per hour
• Hazmat: $25 per load
• Holiday pay: $140 per day
• Safety training pay: $20 per hour
• New hire training pay: $250 per day
• Eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance

Factors which may affect annualized earnings include training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type, and number of days worked each week.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL
• 3 months of trucking experience
