About the Role
Become a Dedicated Contract Services driver and start enjoying consistent freight and deliveries for a single customer. This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic.
Pay
- $0.59–$0.62 per mile (cpm)
- Detention pay: $20 per hour
- Stop pay: $35 per stop
- Off-account work: $325–$365 per day
- Holiday pay: $346 per day
- Safety training pay: $20 per hour
- New hire pay: $275 per day
- Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $95,000
- $10,000 sign-on bonus for a limited time
- $1,450 minimum weekly pay guarantee for the first 10 weeks
Factors which may affect annualized earnings include training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type, and number of days worked each week. This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable.

Requirements
- Class A CDL
- 3 months trucking experience
