About the role
Become a Dedicated Contract Services driver and enjoy consistent freight and deliveries for a single customer. This position uses an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency, and a strong work ethic. Drivers in this role over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $87,333, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus available for a limited time.
Pay
- $0.67 – $0.69 per mile (cpm)
- Detention pay: $25 per hour
- Stop pay: $20 per stop
- Strapping pay: $20 per load
- 6th day bonus: $100
- Quarterly retention bonus: $1,000
- Holiday pay: $325 per day
- Safety training pay: $20 per hour
- New hire training pay: $330 per day
Schedule
- Weekly home time
- Majority no-touch freight
- Onsite management
- Paid online orientation
Requirements
- Class A CDL
- 3 months of trucking experience
