Regional Truck Driver
Dedicated Contract Services driver position with consistent freight and deliveries for a single customer. Activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency, and a strong work ethic. Drivers in this role over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $87,000. $5,000 sign-on bonus for a limited time.
Pay
- $0.68 - $0.72 per mile
- Stop pay: $6-$24 per 15-minute increments
- Breakdown pay: $15 per hour
- Hazmat pay: $25 per load
- Holiday pay: $140 per day
- Safety training pay: $20 per hour
- New hire training pay: $250 per day
This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance. Factors affecting annualized earnings include training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type, and number of days worked each week.
