About the role

This teammate will need to be located in Parkersburg, WV, and be comfortable with travel to support the territories listed below.

Responsibilities

  • Work with a high degree of intensity and commitment to support sales of Stryker Trauma products that meet our customers’ most pressing needs.
  • Gain exposure to the proven winning Stryker Trauma team culture that delivers industry-leading results.
  • Receive best-in-class formal training on our Trauma product portfolio and sales methodology.
  • Observe over 300 medical procedures in your first year to become an expert on surgical procedures and positively impact surgical outcomes.
  • Be comfortable being on call most nights and weekends to support trauma cases as they arise.
  • Develop a high level of competency in orthopedic surgical needs and procedures and become a valuable member of the surgical team.

  • Reading comprehension and written communication: Read and comprehend work-related documents and communicate effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR
  • Associate’s degree or Medical Certification (i.e. CST, PT, CPT, etc.) + at least 2 years of professional and/or related experience
  • High School Diploma + at least 4 years of professional and/or related experience
  • 4+ years of active duty military service

Skills

  • Basic computer literacy: Proper use of email, Microsoft Office, and any relevant software applications/platforms.
  • Reading comprehension and written communication: Read and comprehend work-related documents and communicate effectively.

Pay

$60,000, and may be eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses + benefits.

Schedule

This position requires an on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support trauma cases as they arise. While this level of availability is essential for the role, we understand it may not be suitable for every candidate. Candidates who choose not to pursue this position due to the on-call demands will not be negatively evaluated or penalized in future opportunities with our organization.
