Responsibilities
- Collaborate with TXC/OPO partners to provide clinical education on EVLP technology
- Train and onboard medical professionals on LBE's service model
- Ensure timely communication post-EVLP to identify improvement opportunities
- Plan regular visits to TXCs/OPOs to maintain relationships and support
- Develop solutions for TXC/OPO needs, including workflows and communication tools
- Act as liaison between TXC and EVLP Specialists to resolve clinical issues
- Maintain a detailed CRM database on clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or clinical field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years as an organ procurement coordinator, thoracic transplant coordinator, or similar
- Experience building relationships with Transplant Centers (TXCs) and Organ Procurement Organizations (OPOs)
- Experience training physicians in the transplant or cardiothoracic space
- Proficiency in OPO processes
- Familiar with UNOS policies and procedures
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to travel up to 60%
