Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to interview and select candidates aligned with FirstSteps’ mission and values
- Lead and facilitate New Instructor Trainings, including in-person instruction, modeling, and skill development
- Administer training assessments (written and field-based) to ensure clinical readiness
- Support team members in preparing for RBT certification, including facilitating study groups
- Provide ongoing mentorship and clinical support throughout the first 90 days of employment and beyond
- Maintain active clinical engagement through direct services and coverage support as needed
Qualifications
- Hold an active RBT or BCaBA credential
- Have a Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field
- Bring a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing ABA intervention
- Be passionate about compassionate, person-centered care
- Enjoy collaboration and teamwork
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
Starting Pay Rate
$28/hour
