About the Role

Lead and develop the regional supply planning team, fostering capability, accountability, and consistent planning practices.
Own regional supply planning processes, ensuring alignment across manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and commercial functions through integrated business planning.
Drive demand and supply balancing activities, developing decision-ready scenarios and managing service, inventory, cost, and revenue trade-offs.
Lead capacity planning, network planning, and supply allocation decisions to optimise operational performance and customer outcomes.
Oversee master scheduling, material requirements planning, and production planning governance across the region.
Manage inventory performance, working capital, product lifecycle planning, and SLOB reduction initiatives.
Champion planning governance, data quality, process standardisation, automation, and technology adoption.
Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and strengthen overall planning maturity and capability.

  • Drive demand and supply balancing activities, developing decision-ready scenarios and managing service, inventory, cost, and revenue trade-offs.
  • Lead capacity planning, network planning, and supply allocation decisions to optimise operational performance and customer outcomes.
  • Oversee master scheduling, material requirements planning, and production planning governance across the region.
  • Manage inventory performance, working capital, product lifecycle planning, and SLOB reduction initiatives.
  • Champion planning governance, data quality, process standardisation, automation, and technology adoption.
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and strengthen overall planning maturity and capability.

Requirements

  • A degree in Business, Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience within supply operations, supply planning, or a related supply chain environment.
  • Strong experience with ERP systems and advanced planning solutions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in integrated business planning, supply planning, capacity planning, and inventory optimization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial and business acumen.

Preferred Qualifications

  • APICS CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent professional certification.
  • Leveran Six Sigma qualifications.
  • Experience within the agricultural, crop protection, chemical, or manufacturing sectors.

Benefits

Our compensation structure is designed to reflect the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The base salary range for this position is $110,900 to $141,400 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. At Nufarm, we believe in total compensation. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for additional forms of compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, financial, and other wellbeing benefits.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $110,900 to $141,400 per year.
