Regional Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain operations across the region, establishing performance standards and accountability frameworks that drive measurable improvements in inventory, lead-times, and delivery metrics
• Develop and mentor supply chain teams, building technical expertise and capability maturity across all facilities
• Champion the adoption of Lean methodologies and best practices, translating global tools and processes into local operational gains
• Collaborate with peer regional managers to shape the global Supply Chain playbook, ensuring consistency in planning excellence, inventory management standards, and KPI frameworks
• Establish and maintain governance structures for supply chain metrics, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to Group leadership
• Serve as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, coordinating complex initiatives that require alignment across multiple regions and functions

Qualifications

• Experience Requirements:
• - Educated to degree level or with appropriate workplace experience/qualification
• - Extensive experience and knowledge of manufacturing materials management and Lean methodology
• - Extensive multi-site and multi-regional experience
• - Proven ability to teach and develop others effectively; trainer skills certification preferred
• - Strong data analysis and capture skills
• - ERP subject matter expertise
• - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven presentation abilities, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• - Demonstrated capability to engage globally diverse functional teams and coordinate complex group-level projects successfully
