Role: The Regional Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) provides specialized speech therapy services to K-12 students across multiple school locations, focusing on communication, language development, and speech impairments. Responsibilities: Assess and evaluate students to determine speech therapy needs.Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans and goals.Collaborate with families, educators, and teams to support student progress.Deliver evidence-based therapy in natural environments.Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and mentor staff.Conduct clinical assessments and oversee service quality across locations.Engage in professional development and travel between sites as needed. Qualifications: Master’s degree in speech pathology or related field.Current or pending SLP licensure and CA driver’s license.Experience with children with disabilities, IEPs, and behavioral or developmental challenges.Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.Knowledge of technology and data management tools. Key Skills: Speech-language therapy, special education, behavior management, team collaboration, documentation, and client engagement.
