About the role
This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based speech therapy programs within a supportive team environment.Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions based on established treatment plans.
- Evaluate client progress and adjust therapy strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
- Document all sessions accurately and maintain client records.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- A current CCC-SLP or CF-SLP certification.
- At least 2 years of recent relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using speech therapy software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
