Regional Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

About the role

This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based speech therapy programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions tailored to each client's needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Evaluate progress and adjust therapy strategies accordingly.
• Document all sessions and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• A current CCC-SLP or CF-SLP certification.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in speech therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using speech therapy software and tools.

Skills

• Knowledge of autism-specific interventions and therapies.
• Experience with assessment and intervention techniques for autism spectrum disorders.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience.
