Regional Solar Site Mgr & ES I - California

About the role

This position leads a team involved in operating multiple solar storage sites. Under limited direction, leaders in this role manage all aspects of site business and operations, achieving all production and business targets while maintaining an injury-free work site.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance to all Power Generation Division (PGD) operational model processes
• Leads by example and emulates the PGD shared values
• Ensures all business activities are conducted following corporate policies and are in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal permits, codes, standards, and regulations
• Maintains budget ensuring targets are met for their region
• Oversees and approves procurement activities of the site
• Leads, manages, and develops the team within their region
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Grad / GED
• Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
• Experience: 7+ years
• Leadership Experience: 5+ years
• Valid Driver's License (NON CDL)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Skills

The ideal candidate will bring relevant experience in power generation—preferably in renewable energy or energy storage—along with a strong background in operations management, financial performance, and team leadership.

Benefits

The estimated base pay for this position is $139,200.00 to $208,800.00 per year. Starting pay will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, job-related and industry knowledge and skills and education/training.
