Regional Service Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across desktops, software, hardware, networks, and basic server environments
• Provide both remote and onsite support to clients, delivering a high level of customer service through clear communication, responsiveness, and a solutions-oriented approach
• Handle escalated tickets and more complex technical issues across environments
• Support Microsoft 365 environments (Azure/virtualization exposure is a plus)
• Assist with server support and virtualization (Hyper-V experience is nice to have)
• Perform hardware diagnostics, repairs, and system maintenance
• Install and configure operating systems, security tools, and business applications
• Execute occasional physical networking work (cabling, rack setup, etc.)
• Document work, test solutions, and recommend improvements to system performance
• Act as a technical resource for junior team members when needed

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting experience across hardware, OS, and networking
• Experience with Windows environments and Microsoft Office
• Microsoft 365 experience required; Azure or virtualization exposure is a plus
• Working knowledge of: Active Directory & Group Policy, Business networks and user support, Basic server environments
• Solid understanding of endpoint security and antivirus tools
• Strong customer service & communication skills, including ability to: Communicate clearly and professionally, Share ideas effectively, Actively listen and understand others, Build strong working relationships, Work hands-on and independently, Engage confidently and directly with clients
• Valid driver’s license

Physical Requirements

• Consistent hand and finger dexterity necessary to operate computer equipment
• Occasional need to stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, crawl, reach, and stretch
• Consistent vision abilities required; close vision, depth perception, and ability to focus
• Occasional need to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
