Responsibilities
- Drive annual sales & profit forecast in accordance with growth plan for respective areas.
- Establish operating budgets for service operations.
- Interface with internal and external business partners, including Manufacturer’s Reps, Equipment Sales Managers, National Accounts team, Solutions team to ensure sales objectives are communicated and achieved.
- Develop ongoing strategy for operational excellence and growth.
- Display passion and optimism. Inspire respect and trust from team and mobilize others to meet goals.
- Manage Field Service District leadership to ensure sales, gross margin and customer satisfaction goals are achieved and company financial targets are met.
- Evaluate current area service resources (geographic locations, competition in the market) to determine and establish strategic initiatives.
- Determine the need for joint ventures, service alliance partnerships or the need to open, close or relocate offices.
- Provide communication to support teams relative to market/industry trends in relationship to price, product needs, quality as well as training and compensation.
- Develop workable implementation plans for strategic initiatives and communicate changes effectively.
- Monitor transition and evaluate results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years of related sales experience in the commercial HVAC Industry
- Prior sales leadership is strongly preferred
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record

Schedule
The role supports the West Region with offices in CA, CO, NV, WA, & BC. This role is a Hybrid role to include travel to District offices, onsite with customers and remote.
Must be based within the West Region, ideally in one of the following areas: Denver, Las Vegas, San Francisco, or Seattle.
Pay
The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 - $250,000. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
