Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and operational guidance to primary care facilities within the region.
- Develop and implement standardized operational processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Recruit, train, and mentor managers to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce.
- Execute required people management responsibilities, including hiring, firing, performance evaluation, rewards, and other decisions.
- Collaborate with finance and administration teams to develop and manage operational budgets, forecasts, and financial performance targets.
- Monitor revenue cycle processes, including billing, coding, and collections, to optimize revenue generation and financial sustainability.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies to maximize resource utilization and minimize expenses.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, including healthcare providers, administrators, and support staff.
- Manage the OKR/Goal setting for those in the Management Incentive Plan in a manner that encourages both individual and team results.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree required. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, minimum eight years of experience in healthcare leadership is required. Master's degree preferred.
- Licensure: N/A
- Certification: Certificate in Executive Healthcare Leadership required within 2 years of role.
- Years of relevant experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in managing multiple healthcare facilities, sites, or programs required.
- Years of supervisory experience: Minimum of 4+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations and people management, (preferably within an ambulatory practice management setting), required.
