Regional Service Manager - Electronic Security Systems Services

About the role

This role will lead regional service operations for electronic security systems, with a focus on repair, maintenance, installation, and preventive maintenance activities. You will coordinate dispatch, technician scheduling, and service-request flow to keep work moving efficiently across the region. The position also partners with technicians, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure the right resources are assigned and service obligations are met.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional repair, maintenance, and installation functions
• Oversee dispatching and tracking of service requests
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and installation activities
• Manage technician assignments and work schedules
• Monitor service-request progress and technician status
• Ensure qualified technicians are assigned based on their qualifications
• Support routine and emergency repair dispatch

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or construction-related field or 10+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience managing electronic security systems service operations
• Strong background in dispatch, field service, and preventive maintenance activities
• Experience coordinating teams of technicians, engineers, and subcontractors
• Ability to manage service requests and work orders effectively
• Proficient in using information-management and asset-management systems
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Pay

$103,500 – $181,100 annually
