What You'll Do
- Operational Leadership: Lead the Office Operations team, setting high standards for facilities, hospitality, and employee services.
- Optimize space: Use data to drive smart decisions on space utilization that reflect hybrid work realities.
- Oversee facilities vendors: Manage third-party partners to deliver high-quality services while maintaining cost discipline across facilities management, cleaning, maintenance, and supplies.
- Lead employee experience: Foster a positive workplace environment by creating spaces and experiences that support employee engagement and well-being.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Use advanced Excel (pivot tables, modeling, and data visualization) to analyze occupancy and badge data, translating insights into space-utilization strategies.
- Financial Stewardship: Own the workplace budget (Opex/Capex), including forecasting, variance analysis, and cost optimization.
- Employee Experience: Deliver meaningful, customer-centric event and hospitality experiences at scale across Payoneer's sites in a cost-efficient and operationally sound manner.
- Strategic Vendor Management: Manage the full vendor lifecycle, from RFP and contract negotiation to SLA enforcement, across services such as cleaning, catering, and security.
Who You Are
- Experience: 6+ years in Workplace Operations or Facilities Management within a global high-tech environment, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity overseeing multiple sites or regions
- People Management: Proven experience leading and developing high-performing administrative or operational teams.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel capabilities, including complex data analysis, financial modeling, and executive-level reporting.
- Problem-Solving: Strong execution mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across levels and cultures
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Pay Range
The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
