Responsibilities
- Work with new outside sales hires with a focus on in the field training, developing skills around Counselor Prospecting and the Counselor Salesperson programs.
- Develop and deliver sales training programs.
- On-board new outside sales hires.
- Develop sales training tasks for new outside sales hires to support local Sales Managers.
- Utilize Brainshark Platform to improve selling skills and administrative tasks.
- Train and develop sales teams using Salesforce Training and Development, including inspection for correct utilization of Salesforce platform.
Requirements
- Extensive experience developing and delivering sales training programs.
- Knowledge of multimedia and audio/visual equipment.
- Experience on-boarding new outside sales hires.
- Ability to develop sales training tasks within TMs for the first two years in support of local Sales Management.
- Proficiency in utilizing Brainshark Platform.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Training and Development, including inspection for correct utilization of the platform.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering, Education or Business, preferred), with a minimum of 5 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $100,000 - $115,000.
- Bonus potential: approx. $60,000 - $80,000.
