Responsibilities

• Initiate conversations with warmest prospective members through phone and digital communication inquiries.
• Respond to inquiries within minutes, building a high level of outreach in a fast-paced environment.
• Personalize the experience with each engaged prospect, listening and connecting with them.
• Learn about Midtown clubs and industry trends to effectively communicate our offerings.
• Contribute as an individual player on a team while enjoying team environments and providing input in meetings.

Requirements

• Previous hospitality, sales, or customer service experience with a proven track record of success.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and willingness to engage in meaningful conversations.
• Effective communication skills and a passion for helping others succeed.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Pay & Schedule

$19 per hour. Eligible for monthly bonuses and commissions based on individual/company performance.
